Customer service representatives can receive information by telephone from you or your travel agent via the Odyssey System. Emailed or faxed confirmation is provided for executive limousine service. Customer service representatives will reconfirm reservations verbally 24 hours prior to pickup.
Corporate Limo Service Fleet Control
Our fully automated system tracks every vehicle on the road and the status of all current rides. We maintain a direct online link with Flight Trackers to monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed 20 minutes or several hours, we'll know and be there for you when you land. Our system allows us to keep in constant communication with all drivers to provide updates on traffic patterns, road construction sites, and other relevant news. Each vehicle is equipped with multiple communication options, including mobile data terminals, pagers and Nextel Communications.
Chauffeurs for our corporate limousine service are screened and must pass pre-employment background checks through an independent investigation agency. Once hired, each driver is schooled and trained in defensive driving instruction, route planning and customer service. Drivers for our executive limousine service are courteous and properly attired at all times.
