AUTOMATED RESERVATION SYSTEM

Our online reservation system is custom designed exclusively for All Star Limousine. Our reservation database maintains customer profiles to reduce your time on the phone and accurately record any unique directions or customer preferences. Customer service representatives can receive information by telephone from you directly or from your travel agent via the Odyssey System. Emailed or Faxed confirmation on all reservations. Customer service representatives will reconfirm each individual reservation verbally 24 hours prior for accuracy.

FLEET CONTROL

Our fully automated system tracks every vehicle on the road and the status of all current rides. We maintain a direct on-line link with the Flight Trackers to monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed 20 minutes or several hours, we'll know and be there for you. Our system allows us to keep in constant communication with all drivers to provide updates on traffic patterns, road construction sites, and other relevant news. Each vehicle is equipped with multiple communication options, including mobile data terminals, pagers and Nextel Communications.

DRIVER TRAINING

Each applicant is screened and must pass pre-employment background checks through the Department of Motor Vehicle and an independent investigation agency. Once hired each driver is schooled and trained in defensive driving instruction, route planning and customer service training. Our executive driver is courteous and properly attired at all times.
