Waters Crest Winery is one of Long Island Newest family run wineries, Jim & Linda Waters started their first production for Waters Crest in 2001 with there Meritage which has a very limited release, in 2002 production increased slightly with the addition of Merlot and Chardonnay. Waters Crest Winery is the first winery of its kind in the Long Island region; we are only a winery which makes us very unique.
