The Back Up Plan (part 1)


 

 

At All Star Limousine we guarantee our service, we can 100% promise you that you will not be disappointed when you hire our executive car or limousine service.  How can we do this?   With a large margin for error and a million things that can throw a wrench in the works how is it possible that we can truly say that when we pick you up we never let you down?  Several methods allow us to guarantee our services, they have to do with investing capital in the right elements of the business this includes vehicle maintenance and turnover time as well as proper compensation for our employees.  You will not find a better-maintained fleet nor will you find a staff with more dedication to excellence then what you will find at All Star Limousine.  Beyond that All Star Limousine always has a back up plan, we have counter measures within counter measures and back up plans for back up plans so that I can honestly tell you we will never disappoint.

 

We call our blog “The Back Up Plan” because it is so important in this industry to have one for every eventuality, because even with brand new vehicles and the most intensely trained staff things can still go wrong.   One thing we do here at All Star is we never book completely solid, we always have vehicles and drivers on stand-by at our facility, this way in the event of an accident or mechanical issue we have vehicles we can send out immediately.  We also station drivers and town cars at all the major hubs in New York, these chauffer’s are on stand-by usually waiting for what we call “Ready Now’s” CEOs and cooperate executives who will land or have to make a last minute change to their travel plans and need to be accommodated immediately. 

 

We take every possible step to ensure that these vehicles are up and running 100% of the time, we replace them every 12-18 months, which means that our entire fleet is always new.  We also do routine preventative maintenance on all of these vehicles at least once a week, this way we can address any potential issues long before they manifest.  We have cleaners, mechanics, detailers and service professionals on staff 24/7 that make sure our vehicles are in mint condition at all times.

 

Ultimately we can promise you that you will be satisfied with our service.  There is no doubt that you will be accommodated according to your expectations.  We take a multitude of steps to guarantee performance including routine vehicle maintenance, turnaround times and having the proper professionals on staff at all times.  That’s why we say when we pick you up we never let you down.
