All Star Limousine is open and operating 24/7/365 without exception. Our primary facility never closes, literally never closes, we don’t even have a key for the front door because it doesn’t lock. We also do not forward our phones to an outside call center, our dispatch and reservations department as well as our out of town department are always open and manned by staff from All Star limousine.
This is true dedication; the reasoning behind this method of operation is it allows us a great level of control over how we service our customers. If we are not responsible for who is answering the phones or dispatching the jobs then how can we promise the level of service that we are known for? The majority of our staff work well beyond the 40-hour a week mark, and those in this industry who think that this is a nine to five job they are gravely mistaken. It takes a love of your job and a real dedication to excellence from the ownership all the way down, it’s the only way to guarantee a certain level of service.
