The Harbor Club At Prime

October 24 was the first open viewing at the Beautiful new Harbor Club at Prime.  Classy elegant and ultra modern this venue is incomparable.  The Harbor Club is “Redefining the art of celebration” and although it is a bold statement it is undoubtedly true.  My first visit to the exquisite facility met every expectation, the service the décor and of course the food is second to none.  This is truly a venue in a class all its own.

Floor too ceiling glass windows offer a full panoramic view of long islands gold coast in Huntington harbor and as the sun set the harbor’s “gold coast” moniker took on a new meaning for me.   Visually Prime and the Bolson group have come to together and created an unbelievably beautiful thing.  A huge success ascetically, from the grounds to the décor to the architecture itself, modern, beautiful, sleek and elegant with is subtly lit wave wall highlights and its clear plastic dining room chairs the venue offers comfort, class and sophistication.

The fare offered was pure culinary excellence delivered with flawless service by the friendly and attentive staff.  The Bolson Restaurant group has out done themselves with the mouth watering cuisine offered at the Harbor Club.   Master minded by Executive Chef Thomas Gloster the seasonal menu offers a collection of the best dishes by Bolsen Restaurants Groups famous kitchens.

Andrea’s 25

Andrea’s 25 is an amazing fine-dining Italian venue located on Jericho turnpike in Commack NY.  Over 20 years ago the Sorrentino family delved into the restaurant business and began to build a legacy.   In October of 2009 the father, Andrew Sorrentino, passed away and in his honor his sons and nephews built the incredible Andrea’s 25 in Commack.  Soon after came Andrea’s 25 in Woodbury and the most recent edition, manned by executive chef William Turcios and owner John Naccarelli, came Andrea’s North.

The Andrea’s name is synonymous with fine-dining, culinary excellence and premiere service.   The flagship, located in Commack, is a beautiful venue dominated by a dark oak bar that spans the length of the restaurant as you enter and is positioned on the other side of the gorgeous dining room.   The Bartenders and wait staff and excellent, true masters of their craft and they stand behind the exquisite fare created by owners and executive chefs Peter cambizi and Salvatore Sorrentino.  True Italian restaurateurs and both masters of the culinary arts and fine dining service, Pete and Sal are dedicated professionals who put their heart and soul into Andrew Sorrentino’s legacy.

The food is what Andrea’s 25 is really all about, muscles in white sauce is a great start and I have found a new favorite veal valdostana (thank you gentlemen).  In truth you can’t go wrong at all with this menu, everything is prepared fresh and is steeped in savory Italian spices and flavor.  I have personally frequented this restaurant many times and force myself to order different every time in an effort to experience the broad range of delicious excellence that Andre’s 25 has to offer, I have not been disappointed yet.  “Where creativity meets tradition” I can confidently say Andre’s 25 is one of the best Italian restaurant on Long Island
