All Star Limousine Worldwide is a true international executive car service.  Our Worldwide network of affiliates and satellite companies help to facilitate our global endeavors and keep the high quality of service offered by All Star Limousine Worldwide consistent.  But where does it all start?  How did it all begin?  There was a blueprint, an ideological system that was implemented by All Star Limousine 4 years ago.  This design compartmentalized our facility and established what we call “Worldwide”. 

 

“Worldwide” is comprised of dedicated dispatchers and reservationists who multi-task and deal not only with in-bound sales calls but handle all of the dispatching and confirmations across the globe.  These professionals work around the clock dealing with other dispatchers, companies, satellites and drivers internationally and throughout all time zones to help guarantee our high standard of service.   The versatility and commitment to excellence of this elite team is essential to the consistent quality of the service we offer.  There is no other way to truly offer an international executive car service.   When we take some one to the airport locally they need to be picked up on the other side of the world in the exact same fashion that they were dropped off in, no exceptions.

 

There are many potential problems faced by offering this type of service.  The biggest one is lack of control.  How do we know that our affiliate or sister company in London England will accommodate our VIP passenger in the same fashion as we do here at home?  There are several ways that this can be done and none of them are quick, easy or inexpensive.  First the research must be done; we need to find facilities that have services and equipment equivalent to ours.  Then the relationship must be established, built, cultivated and maintained this is done through a variety of methods over a long period of time.  Then constant contact, communication is paramount to maintaining consistency of service and some element of control.  Confirmations have to be double and triple checked; multiple methods of communication need to be employed and above all else dedication to service and loyalty to the company name is essential to operating at optimum efficiency.

Limousine companies and executive car services can range form the very small, with maybe only a handful of vehicles, to the internationally massive with a fleet numbering in the thousands.  What is the path to expansion and successful growth?  Many times we see companies that reach too far and overextend, ending up underfunded and soon out of business.  On the other hand we see companies that simply exist and continue on at the same pace never growing, never expanding, sometimes its because the owners are afraid of taking a chance, sometimes its due to the acceptance of mediocrity or complacence.  Regardless the reason, the goal in business is to build, to thrive, not simply to exist or to meander forward never reaching that next level.  What are the best ways to reach that next level?  How does a limousine company grow to achieve success?

 

One of the best ways to grow as a limousine company or an executive car service is to attack the corporate market.  The executive car service industry is frequent and continuous it is different then the celebratory limousine industry in that you get that guaranteed repetitive business.  CEO’s and executives always need to travel and that will never change.  The corporate side of the industry is not an easy one, not exactly as demanding as some weddings can be, but it requires not an ounce less professionalism.  Securing regular corporate cliental is key as these companies have a large budget for transportation.  In addition just like in the wedding industry your name will become known in the corporate circles, you will garner a reputation as a company who is able to offer that consistent level of premiere service.   In truth as a limousine service this is the best way to grow.

 

In the end there are multiple avenues to take in regards to company growth but perhaps the most efficient is to attain that corporate customer, the company that is going to use you every week and hopefully every day.  You will need to have a quality service if you hope to maintain such an account but if the quality is there then the most efficient course of action is the corporate solicitation.  You will become know as a company that is able to provide what these CEO’s and executives need.

Blizzard! 

Long Island is experiencing its first major snowstorm in 2014 and it is cold out there right now!  Governor Cuomo ordered the LIE closed at midnight last night and was expecting to reopen at about 5am although the reopening was delayed until 8 this morning.  The LIRR is operating on a weekend schedule and has managed to clear off most platforms although travel is sparse.  There are very few willing to venture out in these hazardous conditions and All Star recommends keeping travel to a minimum unless absolutely unavoidable.

 

Even though JFK is shut down, some of the major roads are closed All Star Limousine does not stop.  We are premiere transportation providers and unfailing professionals.  If is physically possible for us to get to you in this type of weather we will be there and we will be on time.  We are fortunate enough to have some of the most competent and capable drivers available and we carry only the latest model vehicles that are kept in the best shape possible.  We will not cancel on you, we will be there and if you need transportation in this weather give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Flying First Class Vs. Private Aviation

Recently there has been an uproar regarding the lack of service offered on commercial airlines.    In the days-of-old first class was akin to flying in your own personal hotel room, today it is quite different.  Business class is even worse everything costs money, in-flight meals have been nearly done away with and you can barley get a bag of complimentary peanuts these days.  There is however a solution, private aviation has recently become much more affordable to the working class individual and offers rates comparable to first class seating on some airlines.

 

Jumpjet is a new service, the first of its kind, which offers membership fees and very aggressive and affordable rates to frequent flyers.  With several levels of membership ranging from approximately $2,000-$4,000 Jumpjet is versatile, convenient and luxurious.   They even let you bring guest passengers in at a discounted rate on your membership and Jumpjet goes so far as to offer its own frequent flyer program allowing the frequent flyer to rack up points and perks.

 

Jumpjet may be the first of its kind but it certainly wont be the last. The service on most commercial flights is abhorred and is getting progressively worse.  In the near future I believe we will see a transition away from commercial airlines and a shift towards the usage of private aviation.  Private airlines are only getting more affordable as commercial airlines are cutting more and more amenities and charging for things that years ago were completely free.  Soon customers, especially those that fly often, are going to wisen up and explore alternative options.
